CANCELLATION POLICY

We kindly request at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, as well as no-shows, will be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service. Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or the need to reschedule. By booking with Veloura Beauty, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
